Dance and Theatre:  Applicants are required to audition/interview for acceptance into their respective programs. For details on how to schedule an audition/interview in New York City, please visit the specific department website listed above.

To schedule an audition/interview at a regional site, all applicants are required to use Acceptd to request an audition and submit digital portfolios. 


AUDITION SCHEDULING REMAINS OPEN FOR ALL REGIONAL SITES.  

IT IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO SUBMIT YOUR MATERIAL ON ACCEPTD FOR SCHEDULING CONSIDERATION NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR DESIRED DATE.

Please review the program-specific guidelines here for digital requirements. Upon review of these materials, applicants will be notified as to whether they will be granted a regional audition/interview.  You may submit your material on Acceptd at anytime: you do not need to wait until you have applied academically to the College or until you have been accepted academically.

All applicants are strongly encouraged to audition in person. If extraordinary circumstances prevent travel to New York City or a regional site, a digital portfolio may be submitted through Acceptd. Please review the program specific guidelines here for digital requirements.

*Applicants to Theatre Studies or Writing for the Stage do not require an interview.  For scholarship consideration, please upload materials through Acceptd. You will be contacted to schedule a phone interview upon receipt of your submission.

Art and Art HistoryApplicants may submit materials for consideration for a competitive award and placement into the foundational art courses. Applicants may submit their materials through Acceptd or to the Office of Admission at 221 East 71st Street New York, NY 10021. Please review the guidelines for specific submissions requirements.

All applicants must also apply for admission to the College through the Office of Admission. Marymount Manhattan accepts the Common Application and offers of admission are made on a rolling basis. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible. The priority deadline for academic scholarship consideration requires that your application be submitted by March 15.
