The Art of Duo presented by Boulder International Chamber Music Competition will take place in Boulder, Colorado, USA, from October 8 – October 11, 2020. The Competition is open to instrumentalists of all nationalities between the ages of 18 and 35, performing as a duo comprised of piano plus any *one* instrument.
This year’s competition is not open to vocalists, piano duos, or piano duets.

EARLY APPLICATION DEADLINE June 25, 2020 - ***Reduced application fee***
FINAL APPLICATION DEADLINE July 10, 2020 - Final application submission
July 25, 2020 - Notification of acceptance/non-acceptance
September 1, 2020 - Accepted contestants receive the music for the required piece
October 6, 2020 - Arrival date to Boulder, Colorado
October 7, 2020 - Competition check in, rehearsals/practicing in the hall
October 8, 2020 - Semi-final round day one
October 9, 2020 - Semi-final round day two
October 10, 2020 - Final round
October 11, 2020 - Closing concert and Award ceremony
