Dear Applicant:

Welcome to our Frost Summer Experience application page! We are working very hard putting together our summer offerings for 2025! Your first step is to please review the provided information on the program offering that interests you. You are welcomed to visit our program website as well that is also linked above for your reference. Please be aware that part of the application process involves the creating of your Acceptd profile. Once you have that created, you will then “Search” for the Frost Summer Experience in the application search. Once you find the application in your search field of your profile, you will then be directed to the page once more for you to designate the program application that you wish to fill out. 

Please note the following application deadlines:

- Music Day Camp: April 31, 2025.
- July Session Applications: May 31, 2025

NOTE: While the deadlines are stated above, applications will close earlier if all spots are filled before the the posted deadline date. DO NOT DELAY, APPLY TODAY!

 

Our camp offerings for the 2025 Summer Season include:

Music Day Camp: (There are 3 sections) - June 9 - 20, 2025 (Camp does not meet on the weekend)
  • - Young Mozarts: Piano and Strings (2nd Grade - 5th Grade)
  • - Young Beethovens: Piano, Strings, and Winds/Percussion (6th Grade - 8th Grade)
  • - Young Beethovens Virtuoso Chamber Program: (6th Grade - 8th Grade)
NOTE: There is an aftercare option for any interested participant at an additional cost. Aftercare hours are from 2:30pm - 3:30pm (M-F) during the Music Day Camp session only. 

Popular Music Experience - July 7 - 11, 2025

  • Songwriting/Performance - WEEK 1 (9th Grade – 12th Grade)
  • Music Production (9th Grade – 12th Grade)
Vocal Artists Experience  - July 14 - 18, 2025
  • Jazz Vocal Intensive (9th Grade – 12th Grade)
  • Popular Music Performance - WEEK 2 (9th Grade - 12th Grade)
  • Choral/Classical Vocal Artist (9th Grade - 12th Grade)
Jazz Instrumental Intensive - July 14 - 18, 2025
  • Jazz Instrumental Intensive (9th Grade – 12th Grade)
Instrumental Music - Classical - July 7 - 18, 2025
  • Instrumental Intensive: Orchestra & Chamber (9th Grade – 12th Grade)

2025 Frost Summer Experience Dormitory Option:
     There will be a dormitory option for 2025 FSE participants who are not local to Miami, FL! This cost will be separate from the 2025 Camp Tuition. When completing your application after acceptance, you will be able to indicate this option and it will be added to your total cost of attending camp. This option is only available to HS participants in the July Camps.

Check in/out dates are as follows:

Popular Music Experience (Songwriting/Performance/Music Production):
  • Check in: Sunday - July 6, 2025; Check out: Saturday July 12, 2025.
Jazz Intensive, Vocal Artist Experience (Pop/Jazz/Choral):
  • Check in: Sunday - July 13, 2025; Check out: Saturday July 19, 2025.
Instrumental Intensive: Orchestra and Chamber: (TWO WEEK CAMP)
  • Check in: Sunday - July 6, 2025; Check out: Saturday July 19, 2025.

Housing costs will include meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner), Dorm Linen (sheet & comforter, pillow, bath towel, and wash cloth). Total dorm costs have been finalized yet, so please check our website for the latest information! Click Here

NOTE: To coordinate your travel planning, please take note of the following information: Check in will take place on Sunday between 3pm - 5:30pm and Check Out will occur on Saturday morning before 11:00am as specified by the University of Miami Housing Offices. Participants opting to check out on Friday after the final performance may also do so with prior arrangements with the FSE Office. We would like to note that early checkout does not  reduce the cost of housing. There will be no refund from any unused portion of the housing/meals.
