Atlanta also offers Georgia State students unique opportunities. Examples include recent performances by our students on the hit television show “The Walking Dead” and at the Pepsi Halftime Show at Super Bowl LIII. As the cultural center of the Southeast, Atlanta also attracts world-renowned classical, jazz, and pop artists who regularly visit the GSU campus and collaborate with School of Music students.

US News and World Report have recently ranked Georgia State University as the second most innovative university in the nation and the seventh-best university for undergraduate teaching.
