Interlochen Arts Academy

Grades 9-12+

Applications for the 2024-25 school year are now open. The early application deadline is Nov. 15. Students who apply by the early application deadline receive priority consideration for their artistic major of choice and financial aid opportunities. The regular application deadline is Jan. 15, 2024. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis after the early and priority deadlines have passed, however, space is limited, so we recommend completing your application as soon as you can. Interlochen Arts Academy is the nation's premier fine arts boarding high school, offering grades 9-12 as well as a postgraduate year. Interlochen Arts Academy prepares young artists for rewarding careers. Major areas of study include:

All arts majors allow students to customize their course load to suit their talents, interests, and professional goals. Faculty members are world-renowned leaders in their arts areas, with many publications, performances, and residencies to their credit.
