The School of Film & Digital Media at LIU Brooklyn offers dynamic undergraduate and graduate programs attracting students who are curious, inspired and creative problem-solvers. Our goal is to equip students with the skills and tools to create successful careers in media and the arts.

Roc Nation School of Music, Sports and Entertainment

In 2021, Long Island University and global entertainment company, Roc Nation, partnered to launch the preeminent institution for creative and sports entrepreneurs. Roc Nation academic offerings include majors in Vocal Performance; Applied Music; Music Technology, Entrepreneurship & Production; Sports Management; and Sports Communications and Marketing. The School’s mission is to prepare students for careers in every aspect of modern entertainment through experiential learning with industry experts and access to professional opportunities. The School aims to close the college completion gap by providing full-tuition scholarships to high-achieving students with financial need through the historic Hope Scholars Program.
