The UM Theatre Arts Department offers B.F.A. degrees in

• Comprehensive Musical Theatre
• Stage Management
• Theatre Design/Technical Production

Our programs prepare gifted, emerging creative artists with the experience, training, and craft necessary to enter the world of professional theater, television, and film. Our production schedule of musicals and plays provides students a comprehensive hands-on experience. The training is complemented by the university’s strong liberal arts curriculum and access to the vibrant international community of South Florida.

To guarantee a CMT audition date or DMT interview we recommend applicants submit Acceptd's pre-screen.  Applicants who are rated favorably will be contacted with information about the University of Miami's application process.
