The DSO Lynn Harrell Concerto Competition

The DSO Lynn Harrell Concerto Competition is an annual concerto competition for students who play violin, viola, cello, bass, or piano, ages 8-18 (on April 19, 2025), who live or go to school in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, or Arkansas. Applications are due February 28th, 2025, at 11:59 pm. Finalists will be invited to perform the final round live on stage with accompaniment at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center on April 19, 2025. Prize money will be awarded to finalists, and the winner will be invited to perform their concerto with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra.
