Oxford Performing Arts Center

The Oxford Performing Arts Center (OPAC) and the Oxford Arts Council are excited to announce the launch of the 10x10 Series—a new performance opportunity for emerging and established artists from across our region. We’re seeking family-friendly, high-quality performances ranging from 60 to 90 minutes to be featured in this annual series of ten unique shows, each presented in our 200-seat Studio space at OPAC.

Selected artists will receive a performance fee ranging from $500 to $1,500, and all tickets for 10x10 events will be priced at a maximum of $10, making these performances accessible to the entire community.

Interested artists are invited to submit a virtual audition/application via the Acceptd platform. Whether you're a solo act, ensemble, or performing group, we want to hear from you!

Application Process:

• Artists will apply through the Acceptd platform.  As part of this application, artists shall submit the items listed below under "Application Requirements".
• Once the artist submits a completed virtual audition, our 10x10 selection panel will review all submissions and make a final selection.  The review process may take four to eight weeks.  
• If an artist is selected, a representative from the Oxford Performing Arts Center will reach out to begin planning for the performance.  Artists will be provided with a simple contract/agreement outlining the details and terms of the engagement.  

Application Requirements

• Application Fee payable to Acceptd: $35.  This fee covers the cost of our virtual audition platform.  Artists may apply for a fee waiver directly through Acceptd if certain financial criteria are met.   
• Media Assets:
  • Five (5) to Fifteen (15) minute Audition video (minimum 1080p/HD quality)
  • 250 - 500 word count biography (PDF or Word document)
  • 2 photos (minimum pixel resolution: 1024 x 768)
  • Links to social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Link to artist website
