The Rebecca Penneys Piano Festival is unique in the world of piano instruction. A multi-generation, international, world-class faculty teaches technique and musicianship in a traditional and innovative context while embracing creative and holistic concepts in learning, health, and human potential. RPPF is a tuition-free festival, a piano paradise in a glorious location.

RPPF is supported entirely by Rebecca Penneys Friends of Piano, a non-profit 501c3. All donations are tax deductible and are our only source of income.

When you apply to RPPF please remember that you are expected to be in residence for the entire festival, and you must be fluent in English. RPPF is Tuition-Free!

We want to reassure applicants that in the event Covid-19 prevents us from having a live festival at USF, we will proceed with an educationally strong and fun virtual alternative. We will keep you updated.

 Application requirements:

• Video audition must have 3 style periods: Total time should be about 20 minutes. Concerto movements not accepted.
  • Virtuoso etude or virtuosic piece
  • One major work or selection(s) from multi-movement work
  • One or two more pieces to make 3 style periods
  • Please upload 3 separate segments and label your repertoire in English
• A biography of 300 words or less in paragraph form
• A professional high resolution head-shot for publicity
