Scripps Performing Arts summer intensive is an inspired program designed to provide the highest quality, comprehensive, training in Southern California. Choose us as your primary source of education this summer and take advantage of all we offer to maintain your growth and further master your craft. Passionate students the world over who aspire to become the best dancers that they can be will thrive in our environment. Our commitment to excellence is unmatched. Our professional faculty provide the tools necessary to help the dancer hone their skills, expand their mind and stretch their boundaries in a safe, nurturing environment.

We have successfully held In-Person Summer Programs since 2020 and look forward to doing so again this Summer with rigorous health and safety guidelines in place. Our plans will be flexible and dependent upon updates to public health policies as directed by San Diego Health and Human Services and the CDC.  Updates will be made according to the latest available information and local requirements.   We will continue to adjust to provide the best programming possible with the utmost consideration for our students, faculty and staff's health and safety. Students will be expected to adhere to all SPAA protocols in order to participate.

Curriculum includes 25-35 hours of weekly instruction in Ballet and Pointe Technique, Variations or Choreography, Progressing Ballet Technique Conditioning and supplemental classes in Classical Character, Jazz, Modern, Nutrition/Body Care Wellness Workshops and Dance History Seminars.

Tuition ranges from $599 to $2090. Register as soon as possible for the best rate.
