Snow Pond Community Arts

Snow Pond Community Arts welcomes learners of all ages and ability levels for private lessons, recitals, and workshops on a variety of instruments, music theory and voice. 

Our teaching faculty are a diverse collection of some of the most enthusiastic, talented, and highly qualified musicians in central Maine. All of our faculty employ an intuitive teaching philosophy focused on the development and learning ability of each student. 

We believe the study of music is an essential element of education for all students, and we strive to make motivational and nurturing music instruction accessible to all who desire to learn. To that end Snow Pond Community Arts has established partnerships with community centers throughout the Kennebec Valley area making music education and expressive arts more easily accessible to children, teens and adults.

Snow Pond Community Arts is based on the beautiful lakeside campus of Snow Pond Center for the Arts in Sidney, Maine.  We share our facilities with other Snow Pond Center for the Arts programs, such as New England Music Camp, the Snow Pond Music Festival and our Adult Music Camp.
