Stella Adler Academy of Acting

Stella Adler Academy of Acting & Theatre – Los Angeles is a non-profit arts organization dedicated to uplifting and enriching our collective humanity through film, television and theatre. Driven by the belief that growth as an actor and growth as a person is the same, our Academy & Theatre provides the tools, training, and discipline to nurture and support actors who are committed not only to the art form but to building a career in acting.

Acceptance is based on the completed application and interview (conducted over Google Meet).

Application Deadlines: 
Applications are accepted up to the week a term begins if there is still space available. Please keep in mind classes often fill months in advance, so it is a good idea to start your application process as soon as possible.  If you are an international student, you should submit your application no later than two to three months before the term you wish to begin.

• Spring: March 4
• Late Spring: May 6
• Summer: July 1
• Late Summer: September 3
• Fall: October 28

The date options for the Week Workshops are:

• March 18-21, 2024
• April 29-May 2, 2024
• June 10-13, 2024
• August 26-29, 2024
• November 11-14, 2024

Teen Week Workshop: 
Option 1: July 15th through July 19th
Option 2: July 15th through July 26th
