About Film, Television and Digital Media (FTVDM) - UCLA's FTVDM Department offers programs of study in the history and theory as well as the creative and technical aspects of moving images. The department provides a scholarly, creative, and professional approach to the study of these media and seeks to help each student discover his or her powers as an independent artist and communicator.
