Prospective Undergraduate Students
You must apply to the School of Music before you can audition. For details, please review the Undergraduate Music Admissions Overview.

Prospective Graduate Students
Please be sure that you carefully review the Graduate Music Admissions Overview.

Deadlines:
For undergraduate applicants, the recommended deadline to submit is January 1. Please email Music Admissions to confirm availability before submitting an application after the January 1 deadline.
For graduate applicants, please follow the guidelines for your program. (See the Graduate Admissions Overview.) In most cases, you will want to meet the priority application deadline of December 1.

Undergraduate Audition Dates (for scholarship consideration):

• Friday, January 17, 2025 (no oboe, piano, or strings)
• Saturday, January 25, 2025 (all areas)
• Saturday, February 1, 2025 (no oboe)

*Music Minor in Jazz applicants should select "Distance Audition" to submit their audition with recorded materials.

**Guitar applicants should contact Dr. Daniel Bolshoy to schedule their audition separately.
