Welcome to the online audition website for the BA programs in theatre and dance at Winthrop University. We are very pleased that you are auditioning for us via Acceptd! 

Auditions are required for placement into any of our theatre or dance programs. Auditions are also used for awarding scholarships. We offer scholarships to qualified freshmen and transfer students who demonstrate a high level of achievement and who have applied to Winthrop University as theatre or dance majors. Dean’s Meritorious Scholarship (DMS) is a special talent grant awarded for artistic prowess. For in-state students, the DMS ranges from $1000-$3000. For out-of-state students, the DMS grant (which includes an out-of-state tuition waiver) has a total value of $13,496.00 per year and is renewable for up to four years (total value through four years = $53,984.00).

To begin the audition process, please choose the specific program you wish to pursue. You will then be directed to a page where you can upload your audition materials.
